Tucson Wedding Officiant requires a non-refundable full payment to secure your wedding date. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Absolutely! Officiant Diane started performing same sex marriages in Oregon as soon as it became legal! She is honored to perform ceremonies for LGBTQ+ couples.
You must have a valid Arizona marriage license before your ceremony. In order to obtain a license, both parties must appear at the court house with the following documents/information:
The State of Arizona does not require a blood test and there is no waiting period requirement. The license is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and you must marry within that 12 months or the license will expire. The license issued by any County Court House office can be used anywhere in the State of Arizona.

Yes we can! 2 witnesses are needed for a legal ceremony. We can provide a witness for $50 per witness. If you have a photographer, that counts as 1 witness!
